By accessing and using the Cold Case Investigation Platform (the 'Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of the Platform or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and warrant that you have the right to share such content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USER-GENERATED CONTENT MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR MISLEADING.

7. Limitation of Liability
